Hedayet Institute for Arabic Studies offers expatriates and working students in Cairo a non-intensive (4 hours/week) program of Modern Standard Arabic and Egyptian colloquial Arabic. The program is offered two days per week (Mondays and Wednesdays), and is also offered online (without the tours).
Students will be placed in a course according to their level. Students also have the opportunity to attend the weekend cultural activities and site trips around Cairo's different cultural areas are regular weekly events of the total immersion program. There are also several Cairo tours every two weeks, where students are accompanied by an Arabic tour guide. Several other cultural activities are regularly announced to students during the intensive program so that those who have the time can go and further enhance their cultural experience.
