Once you have selected the best program that suits your needs you need to fill the application form and send us. If you are an undergraduate or graduate student, you may wish to consult your universities for credits.

Registration:

Before the deadline of each semester (for the summer program it is April 30, for the fall semester it is July 30, for the spring semester it is January 30), you are required to submit the following:

• A copy of the first two pages of your passport
• The completed HIAS application form. You can fill the application online or email it to HIAS.
• A bank check with a deposit (check the exact amount before the time of registration)
• One passport-size photo

Once you are accepted to the program, you will sit for a test so that you can be placed according to your actual language level.

Please note that all deposits are non-refundable, unless the student withraws the application at least four weeks before his/her intended program start date.
